LastPass Update Deleting Customer Data

LastPass (popular password management tool) rolled out an update in March which has deleted user data and removed key functionality. The call center staff are instructing customers to simply "re-create the form fill data that is missing". LastPass users have been asking the company for a response in the forums since March 28th.
